Aloha and Welcome to our Newly Remodeled in Fall 2023! Non-Smoking, WIFI, Air Conditioned private one bedroom cottage/guest home in the prestigious, highly coveted North Shore Beach community, in Haleiwa, Hawaii! Immaculate, meticulously maintained and managed with every detail.

The location is as good as it gets on the North Shore of Oahu hands down!!! Located in a private, secure, gated residential area in the very heart of the north shore surfing beach community (“7 mile miracle”) between Waimea Bay & Pipeline whilst tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the beach side of Kamehameha HWY. Near the driveway is a 2 mile bike path (2 bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach less then a 2 minute walk on the other side of the home. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), Food Trucks, Coffee Bean & Tea and Foodland Grocery are all within a short walk. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All Triple Crown surf contests are a short walk or bike ride from the cottage.

Kick off your sandals and relax on your soft comfortable Italian leather sofa in a quiet, air-conditioned space surrounded by elegant teak carved furnishings designed by the owner and brought in from Indonesia. Enjoy a 50" 4K UHD, LCD, SMART TV with high-definition cable TV/movie channels and Bose home theater sound bar! Listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth from your wireless device. You’ve arrived!

Enjoy all the comforts of a modern luxury home while traveling! Your kitchen is fully outfitted with all new stainless steel appliances including a Bosch dishwasher and a full sized fridge with filtered water/ice maker . Cherry wood soft close kitchen cabinets provide plenty of storage accented by lava textured Dekton countertops and a French press/coffee grinder is provided for that quality cup of coffee to get your day started!

As you kick back and relax, porcelain flooring from Sassuolo Italy along with large contemporary metal art images of Ke Iki Beach Shorebreak encompass the home! Large windows throughout the cottage bring in natural light on the first floor. Each window is surrounded with exotic palms, bamboo, and tropical plants offering privacy from surrounding neighbors and a perfect setting for breakfast in the morning while the sun rises.

Step out to the BBQ deck with stainless steel and Brazilian walnut railings for an elegant finish. A full-size stainless steel BBQ grill and four seats allow you to eat outside, enjoy the mauka (mountain) views, and listen to the pounding of the surf during winter months. We also have a hot/cold lava rock “outdoor” shower to remove the sand off after a hard day in Hawaii at the beach.

Modern Asia meets Bali in the home's powder room! Unveiled as you enter is a hand carved Indonesian teak vanity with an artist's rendition of the World Famous Pipeline and a top of the line Japanese Toto fully automatic washlet! Refresh yourself with the stone vessel sink and waterfall faucet. Pebble stone flooring with porcelain stepping stones through the bath makes you feel like you never left the beach along with the waterfall shower tile and rain shower head. Reinvigorate yourself with Giovanni Eco Chic Tea Tree Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash before you head out to dinner to celebrate!

After celebrating return home to your Indonesian Monkey Pod slab framed King bed with soft luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding/duvet. (It’s been nicknamed “The Cloud”) Just don’t forget to get out of bed!

Aloha and Welcome to our Luxurious, Modern, Spacious 650 Sq Ft Non-Smoking, WIFI, Air Conditioned Studio in the prestigious, highly coveted North Shore Beach Community in Halewia, Hawaii! Immaculate, meticulously maintained and managed with every detail.

Experience Affordable Luxury in this spacious 650 sq ft ground floor studio with covered patio/BBQ and separate secure, key-less entrance. Traditional Hawaii meets Elegant Modern Asian living in this custom designed, built by the owners, executive retreat. Relax in quiet air conditioning surrounded by unique teak hand carved furnishings from Indonesia, cherry wood kitchen cabinets, Italian Granite Counter tops in both the kitchen/ bathroom with a stone vessel sink/waterfall faucet. The bathroom also has a top of the line Automated TOTO Washlet Bidet brought in from Japan. Settle into your Italian leather automated couch and watch movies, Netflix, Amazon, You Tube or a ball game on your 4K, 70 INCH! LCD SMART HDTV with High Def Cable TV/Movie channels , Blu-Ray DVD. This home is also equipped with a state of the art Dolby Atmos 9 speaker Home Theater/Audio System!! Listen to your favorite music from your Tablet, Ipod , Internet Radio, Smartphone through the Bluetooth enabled Theater System!

Grab a good book and settle into the hand carved Java Indonesian Daybed on the covered patio outside surrounded by a garden like setting or throw some steaks on the stainless steel 4 burner BBQ grill for dinner. The studio comes equipped with a full size stainless steel fridge with ice maker/filtered water, large/deep stainless steel sink, full size microwave, large toaster oven (fits a 12 inch pizza) and induction hot plate. There is no range in the studio however we have had fantastic feedback on the induction hot plate from our guests. It heats up quickly like a gas stove and cooks evenly, much better than an electric range. We also have an additional gas burner on the grill located right outside the door by the kitchen. Included is a coffee grinder/french press/ electric stainless steel kettle to get that gourmet coffee up fast first thing in the morning. An essential when travelling! 🙂 We also have a new LG washer/dryer available (shared with owners) with it's own private access from the studio.

LOCATION and QUALITY, that is what this property is about and why it has drawn us back for the fourth time from the UK for another 2 month stay. A private, secluded and secure position only 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, on the bike path, walking distance to Foodland as well as some exceptional food trucks and a short cycle to all the best that the North Shore has to offer.

The property is uniquely designed, a standout from other rentals. Well maintained and spotlessly clean, it has traditional Hawaiian and Indonesian furniture and furnishings, which blend with state of the art technology and appliances. The owners have constantly upgraded the property on each of our visits, maintaining a high standard of comfort and equipment. From a Bose home theatre system, to wi-fi and blue tooth audio system. We have not found anywhere to beat it.

The owners are the most experienced and obliging homeowners, you might just want to take them home to be your neighbours! Even for frequent visitors like us, they keep on top of new places to visit, eat and explore.

You will be drawn back, again and again, that's the risk you take once you've been!

I stayed at this rental during a 6 week stay on the North Shore. The rental was clean, quiet and best part was how the owner treated you. He made sure that every detail was taken care of - beach towels, chairs, coolers and bikes. Great location to Hale\'iwa, Waimea and Turtle Bay. Food carts everywhere - plenty within walking distance. Teds bakery for great food and pastries, Foodland and a coffee shop. The rental is gated and beach access is only 2 doors away to a huge expanse of sand, ocean and great tide pools. Highly recommend this spot. Mahalo!
