Aloha and welcome to our New Luxury Studio lodging in the highly coveted North Shore of Oahu Beach Community! Located in a private, secure gated property in the very heart of the infamous "7 Mile Miracle" adjacent to Sunset Beach, Pipeline and Waimea Bay. This luxury surf studio offers world class surfing within minutes from your door by walking or biking.  Historic Haleiwa Town  is also only a short 6 miles drive by bus or car.

THE LOCATION!

After a day of surfing Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay or simply relaxing at the beach, come home to your immaculate, meticulously maintained luxury studio tucked away in a lush tropical neighborhood setting on the beach side of Kamehameha Highway. Adjacent to the driveway is a two-mile bike path (two bikes included) which parallels the ocean on one side and a breathtaking, romantic beach on the other. Sharks Cove Marine Life Park (snorkeling/diving), food trucks, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Foodland are all within a 5 to 15-minute walk from the studio. Spend your time relaxing instead of sitting in traffic trying to get around! All Triple Crown surf events and North Shore contests are a short walk or bike ride from your lodging except the Haleiwa Surf Contest which is short 6 mile drive. Don't be fooled by other rental properties stretching the truth on their North Shore beach location; this is EXACTLY where you want to be. 

THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE!

Experience affordable lavish lodging in this spacious ground floor studio with a covered patio/BBQ and a separate secure, key-less entrance. Traditional Hawaii meets elegant, modern Asian-living in this custom-designed North Shore, Haleiwa vacation retreat built by the owners with every detail in mind. Relax in a quiet, air-conditioned space surrounded by unique teak hand-carved furnishings from Indonesia and cherry wood kitchen cabinets. Italian granite counter-tops with a stone vessel sink and waterfall faucet can be found in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom also has a top-of-the-line automatic TOTO Wash-let/bidet brought from Japan. Settle in your automated Italian leather couch and watch movies, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, or a ball game on your 70” 4K LCD, SMART HDTV with high-definition cable TV/premium movie channels. This home is also equipped with a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos 9 speaker home theater/audio system! After watching the surf contests live head back home and catch the replays of Sunset Beach, Pipeline or Waimea Bay on the big screen! Or listen to your favorite music from your tablet, i-Pod, internet radio, or smartphone through the Bluetooth-enabled theater system! 

Grab a good book and settle into the hand-carved Java Indonesian daybed on the covered patio surrounded by a garden-like setting, or throw some steaks on the stainless steel 4-burner BBQ grill for dinner. The studio is equipped with a full-size stainless steel fridge with ice maker and filtered water, a large and deep stainless steel sink, a full-size microwave, a large toaster oven (can fit a 12-inch pizza) and an induction hot plate. There is no range in the studio; however, we have had fantastic feedback on the induction hot plate from our recent guests. It heats up quickly like a gas stove and cooks evenly, much better than an electric range. We also have an additional gas burner on the grill located right outside the door by the kitchen. Also included are a coffee grinder, French press, and electric stainless steel kettle to get that gourmet coffee brewing fast first thing in the morning. An essential when traveling! We also have a new LG washer and dryer available (shared with owners) with its own private access from the studio.

GETTING TO NORTH SHORE

North Shore Oahu is located about 40 minutes from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) by car. There is also a bus line ("The Bus") about 1/2 a block away. We recommend renting a car if you are looking to see other areas of the island. Alternative transportation to and from the luxury cottage is a minimum of 80 - 100 dollars each way and you can often find rental cars for 200 - 250 dollars per week... However, if you are going to be just hitting the beach and going back and forth from Haleiwa, Hawaii one isn't necessary. Also, please note we recommend just staying on the North Shore in one place and doing some "day trips" around the island vs. staying in multiple places. The island is small and it only takes an hour to get to the other side, multiple places aren't necessary and moving around wastes your vacation time. Also, if you come in on a late flight, it's not much farther to just drive up to the North Shore vs. staying a night in Waikiki given the airport is on the other side of the city.

Cancellation Policy:

If a Tenant must cancel his reservation, the cancellation must be received 90 days prior to check-in date. Oral communication, even in an emergency situation, will not be deemed received until receipt of written notification.

Tenant will not be entitled to a reimbursement for any advance payment of rent or taxes if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to check-in date.

If cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to check-in Tenant will be entitled to reimbursement of the deposit and cleaning fee only minus a $250.00 administrative fee.

Refund to Tenant, if applicable, will be made after the property is re-rented or the rental period expires, whichever shall occur first. Tenant will be charged a $250.00 administrative fee for all cancellations received more than 90 days prior to check-in date. Once a deposit is made, any change of dates is subject to a $250 change fee at the discretion of the Owner.
